BJC has provided Small Business coaching and strategic Alliance program support to small businesses, Federal government agencies, State and local government and fortune 500 firms since 1991. We manage the development, implementation and monitoring of small business programs. As founder of BJC, Ms. Hudson has been a speaker on this subject for the Small Business Administration, former Vice President Gore’s Business Lincs program, Minority Business Summit for Washington State, The 36th annual New York State Association of Black & Puerto Rican Legislators conference, The Department of Treasury, DOD, DISA, Chase Manhattan Bank, Spellman College, Morris Brown, George Mason University and several prime Contractors.
BJC provides program support, performance measurement and strategy using the “Best Practices” from previously established commercial and federal programs. BJC as a small business coaching contractor supported the SBA, DOT, DOD and DOE in developing their Mentor-Protégé programs and assisted in developing a database of small business capable of providing support on federal contracts. BJC utilizes critical success factors, stringent tracking and the establishment of goals and objectives to ensure that all small business programs are successful.
